Long time Fairfield County resident, Giselle Leonard joined William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty nine years ago as a Realtor. She has great passion for what she does. Giselle prides herself on being a terrific matchmaker when it comes to finding her clients' perfect home or assisting sellers with marketing their present home. She is most admired for her negotiating skills, always working diligently to get the best value and best offer. Enthusiasm and dedication to her clients is also what makes her so special! Born in Brazil, but also an American Citizen, Giselle speaks fluent Portuguese and Spanish, which gives her the upper hand when it comes to working with diverse background clients. Experience Prior to becoming a Realtor, Giselle worked as an English Teacher in Brazil, where she was recognized as the youngest Certified English Teacher in her State, and probably the youngest in the Country. She moved to the USA in 1993, held some Customer Services positions while going to school, and for many years worked as an Executive Assistant to Vice Presidents as well as the President of an Information Technology Company in Stamford. Her leadership skills are impressive; she has been told that she is a "natural" motivational speaker! Accomplishments and Awards She obtained an Associates Degree in Science, with Business and languages concentration from NVCTC, where she made it to the "President List" and was nominated to "Who is who among Junior Colleges." She also went to Business School at Catherine Gibbs College where she reached a 4.0 GPA. In her second year with William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty she went from a "Rising Star" designation to a "Gold Star," being among the top Realtors in her office. She has also received many times the "Million Dollar Club" award. She earned her "New Homes Specialist" distinction and is certified in Relocation. She has also received the ASP (Accredited Staging Professional) credentials, which means she will professionally stage her seller client's home and turn it into a product that will sell for the most money in the least amount of time!
